I am confident that Four Seasons Property Maintenance will continue to grow and succeed due to working with the Seasonal Bids web site team. Over the years, we've tried Yellow Pages, online advertising, and cold calling which all seemed to be for very little. The fact that Seasonal Bids comes to YOU without any work needed limits the amount of wasted time spent on reaching out to new potential customers. Although it allows other vendors to bid against you, I still feel that it has value in creating exposure to local property owners and managers. I do feel that with only a month into using the site, it has a lot of long term potential. I'm excited to see in a year from now...what Seasonal Bids will do for our company.
